Hi friends,
Today's motivational video that I watched was about discipline. They define discipline as having the ability to do things when you don't want to do them.
I definitely agree on this because having discipline will always keep your progress going, no matter how much you hate doing it. After that initial boost of motivation you have when starting on your routines, they were easy because your motivation is still at the peak. But as time goes on, that excitement of carrying out those routines start to fade. It is at this moment when your discipline is being tested.
But no matter how repulsive you feel about carrying out the routines, you just have to go through them. What's important is to just keep moving and clock in those hours through your motions.
If things aren't getting easier, just remember that it's because you're getting better.
